Cancellation Policy

At Rooted and Rising Wellness, we aim to provide a seamless and enriching experience for all attendees. To ensure smooth booking and event management, please review the following booking policies: 1. Booking Confirmation All event bookings must be made online or through direct contact with Rooted and Rising Wellness. The full, non-refundable price of the service is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. Booking is only confirmed once the payment is received, and a confirmation email will Booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received, and a confirmation email will be sent with event details and payment confirmation. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days before the event. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund, though credits may be offered for future events at our discretion. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 10 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but rescheduling requests are subject to availability. 3. Group Bookings and Private Events For group events (such as sound healing parties or private wellness workshops), a minimum of 50% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Changes to group size or event details must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Group bookings canceled within 14 days of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. 4. Event Changes or Cancellations by Rooted and Rising Wellness Rooted and Rising Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, instructor availability, or venue issues). In the event of cancellation by us, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 5. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund or credit. 6. Payment Methods We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process. 7.
